Back to school and fall fundraising. September to November is the busiest fundraising window of the year. Parent councils, school councils and newly registered sports teams book their fall chocolate fundraiser now so bars are in hand for the first tournaments, concerts and holiday markets. Order in late August or early September to be selling before the fall rush.
How does a chocolate fundraiser work for a sports team? Your team picks a bar, we print your team name, logo, colours and sponsor credits on the wrapper, and your players sell them. Teams keep a high share of every bar sold and only pay for what they order.
How does chocolate fundraising work for a school or parent council? Your parent council or school council chooses a bar and a wrapper design, we print your school crest, colours and sponsor logos, and families sell through classrooms, concerts and community events. It works for playground funds, field trips, band and music programs, grad committees and general school council fundraising.
What is the minimum order for a chocolate fundraiser? Fundraising runs start at 200 bars, with smaller sample quantities available so your group can taste before committing.
