Calgary Chocolate Factory is a CFIA-licensed chocolate co-manufacturer producing custom chocolate bars, private label chocolate and moulded chocolate for brands, retailers and food companies across Canada.

Do you co-manufacture custom chocolate bars for other brands? Yes. We produce to your recipe or develop one with you, and handle tempering, inclusions, enrobing, moulding, wrapping, labelling and packaging.

What is your minimum production run? Minimums start at 200 units, with lower quantities for samples and test batches, so emerging brands can launch without a large first order.

Can you make a custom mould for our chocolate bar? Yes. We develop custom chocolate moulds and embossing so your bar shape, logo and break pattern are unique to your brand.

What chocolate do you work with? Belgian couverture in dark, milk and white chocolate, with inclusions, flavour infusions and allergen-aware production planning.

Do you ship finished product across Canada? Yes. Finished, labelled and barcoded product ships from Calgary to retailers, distributors and brand owners nationwide.
