Calgary Chocolate Factory is a CFIA-licensed chocolate co-manufacturer producing custom chocolate bars, private label chocolate and moulded chocolate for brands, retailers and food companies across Canada. This is called white label chocolate manufacturing.​

Do you co-manufacture custom chocolate bars for other brands and chocolatiers?

Yes. We produce to your recipe or develop one with you, and handle tempering, inclusions, enrobing, moulding, wrapping, labelling and shelf stable packaging. We are the factory behind the brand. We also produce to bulk availability.

Is white label chocolate the same as private label?

Yes — white label and private label describe the same service: your brand, on chocolate we produce for you in our CFIA-licensed Calgary facility. This license enables you and us to facilitate nationwide selling and shipping.​

 

What is your minimum production run?

Minimums start at 200 units to several hundreds of thousand monthly. Small quantities can be for samples, test batches and small first orders. Once your product is set, we design your production parameters and establish minimus that work for both your goals and our production process.​

 

Can you make a custom mould for our chocolate bar?

Yes. We can work to develop custom chocolate moulds so your bar shape or logo are unique to your brand.​

 

What chocolate do you work with?

We work with made in Canada Belgian style chocolate and Belgian couverture in dark, milk and white chocolate. We create our own blends and can add inclusions and flavour infusions.​

 

Do you ship finished product across Canada?

Yes. Finished, labelled and barcoded product ships from Calgary to retailers, distributors and brand owners nationwide.
